      Frequently asked Questions

A boutique agency puts senior strategists on your project from day one — no handoff to junior staff after the pitch. For founder-led luxury brands, this means faster decisions, direct access to the person actually doing the strategic thinking, and execution that doesn't dilute as it moves through layers of account management.

The timeline for a project can vary based on its complexity. Typically, a standard website design takes between 4 to 8 weeks. We will provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation.

Luxury brand strategy and design engagements typically range from a few thousand to the low tens of thousands of Swiss francs, depending on scope — brand strategy alone, or strategy plus full visual identity and website. Pricing is scoped per project after an initial consultation, since luxury positioning work varies significantly by industry and current brand maturity.

Yes. While based in Switzerland and deeply familiar with the Swiss luxury market — including its French-, German-, and Italian-speaking regions — engagements are conducted remotely with luxury and premium brands internationally.

Skincare, fashion, hospitality, jewelry, and private banking — sectors where trust, exclusivity, and a cohesive customer experience directly drive lifetime value.

Luxury customers buy on trust, scarcity, and experience — not price or convenience. Strategy has to precede visual work: positioning, narrative, and customer experience design come first, then design translates that positioning into something visually credible at a luxury price point.

Projects are built for self-sufficiency — you receive a system you and your team can run and extend without ongoing dependency on the agency, along with documentation for maintaining brand consistency. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it's not required to keep the brand running.

Both strategy and execution — including Webflow development, motion design, and content production — are handled directly, so the brand strategy and the built website stay consistent rather than getting reinterpreted by a separate development team.

Common complaints — slow communication, junior execution, weak post-handover support — are addressed directly through senior-led execution, regular checkpoints, and a self-sufficient handover model, so you're not left dependent on the agency or guessing at project status.

Look past the portfolio for three things: who actually executes the work, how they think about strategy before design, and what happens after handover. A senior-led boutique means the person who develops your positioning is the same person building it out — not a strategist you meet once before the work moves to junior staff. Ask to see case studies with real, quantified outcomes, and ask directly how they handle post-project support, since that's where many agency relationships break down.

Once a branding project is complete, you don't just receive finished assets — you get a full set of guidelines, templates, and knowledge that lets your team carry the brand forward independently, without needing an agency for every future application.

No. You receive a documented system your team can apply independently — including clear guardrails for decisions that come up later (new applications, seasonal campaigns, new locations). I remain available as a point of contact if needed, but you're not dependent on it.

Typically: a brand guidelines document (covering logo usage, colors, typography, imagery, tone), templates for recurring applications, a brief onboarding/training session for your team, and clear rules for what can be adapted within the brand and what can't.

Many agencies hand over design files and consider the project done. The brand then stays dependent on that agency for every further step. My approach is the opposite: the goal of the handover is your independence — the brand should keep living consistently and professionally without me.

For brands with an in-house team (marketing, communications, social media) that implements the brand day-to-day — for example hotels, fashion houses, or financial services firms, where new materials are constantly needed without bringing in an external agency each time.

That's exactly what the governance document is for: it's built so new team members can get up to speed independently, without prior knowledge — the guidelines are self-explanatory, not dependent on verbal explanation.

Governance after handover is a core part of every branding project — not a later add-on. Your team's independence is part of the project goal from the start, not an optional final step.

Yes. Governance means independence, not loss of contact. For occasional questions or larger brand developments, I remain available — including, if you'd like, through an ongoing support arrangement.
