Stay top of mind:

Use different content for all stages of the buyers journey. Long time customers are at a different stage than newly acquired ones.

For this reason you need to answer different questions potential customers might have.

For new customers you could provide beautiful visuals and tell the backstory of your brand to create interest and desire for your products and brand.

Use storytelling:

The fastest way to get attention for your brand from the market and society is by sharing an unpopular (but true) opinion.

Most average people today hate it when you are doing well and are successful. You could take advantage of this by sharing something like these taglines I came up with:

  • For a fashion brand this could be:
    • Grow in style and mind.
  • For a skincare line:
    • Skin that glows brighter than your best friend.

This creates instant lovers and haters. You will definitely lose some clients but the right ones will stay and you will even attract new ones which are inline with your new brand personality and attitude.

Offer a Loyalty program:

If you don‘t already have one you definitely need one! I am talking about loyalty programs.

Loyalty Programs are a great tool for rewarding your customers for repeated sales.

Loyalty programs give the impression that you as a customers are part of an exclusive and elite club not many people have access to

Brand Partnerships:

Another great way for customer retention are brand partnerships.

They can raise interest and repeat sales but you need to be careful wich brands fit yours and which not.

Be very selective and choose only the best. The wrong ones can definitely hurt your brand in the long run.
